A structured check-in, so the right clinician sees you first

Four quick questions. It screens for urgency, works out whether therapy is the right level of care and matches you to a therapist who actually treats what you’re facing, before anyone asks for your name.

1

Urgent risk is triaged the same day, free of charge

2

If you need psychiatric or specialist care instead, we say so and refer

3

Otherwise you get a named therapist and a first session

Preview · question 4 of 4

How much is this affecting daily life right now?

I’m coping, but it’s heavy

Work or studies are slipping

I can barely get through the day

Answers are used only to route your case. Nothing is stored against your name unless you book.

Care between sessions

Your therapy doesn't stop when the call ends.

Before session one

Your concerns, urgency and preferences are organised before you meet anyone, and you’re matched to the clinician who treats what you’re facing.

Every day

A 30-second check-in on mood, stress and sleep. Your therapist sees the trend, so sessions start from what actually happened this week.

Who we work with

Couples

Arranged or love marriage, newly married or years in, silence that replaced conversation, in-law pressure, infidelity, intimacy and deciding whether to stay.

Teens (13 to 19)

Board-exam pressure, bullying, self-harm, phone conflict, identity and the loneliness of a house where feelings aren’t discussed. Parents get guidance, not transcripts.

Young adults under 35

Anxiety, burnout, depression, marriage pressure from family, career and visa uncertainty, breakups, grief and rebuilding after a controlling relationship.

Access programme

Free therapy for minorities and marginalised communities

Each month we hold a set number of fully free and heavily subsidised slots for people whose income, safety or identity puts therapy out of reach, allocated after a short, private verification and case-need analysis.

1. Apply privately

Identity details only where you’re comfortable giving them.

2. Need-analysis call

Twenty minutes with a clinician to understand urgency and fit.

3. Slot assigned

Free, subsidised or waitlisted, you’re told plainly which and when.

Questions people ask before booking

No. We don’t call family, employers or universities and we keep no shareable notes. For clients under 18 we brief parents on progress only, never on content, unless there is an immediate risk to life.

Yes. Use a nickname when you first book. A full name is needed only if you continue into regular sessions.

No. Our therapists work with your beliefs and cultural context rather than against them, including when faith is part of what you’re working through.

Yes, plainly. We do not practise conversion of any kind. Queer and trans clients are seen by therapists trained in affirming care, and are eligible for the access programme.

Tell us. We run a sliding scale alongside free slots, and students can ask for the reduced student rate without justifying it in detail.

For most concerns, yes and it’s often more private. Sessions run by video or voice call; voice-only is fine if you’d rather not be seen.

Breakups

Going through a breakup? It's okay that it hurts this much.

Two years or two months, official or something your family never knew about, a breakup can mess with your sleep, your focus and how you see yourself. You don’t need a big enough reason to talk to someone. Feeling this way is reason enough.

You keep checking their stories even though it makes you feel worse.

You can’t tell anyone at home you were even together.

You replay every message wondering what you did wrong.

You’re scared you’ll never trust anyone like that again.
